However, after three years, he realized his passion lay beyond numbers and transitioned into the recruitment industry.

He spent five successful years at one of the world’s largest global recruitment firms, where he played a key role in expanding operations across the local, international, and Latin American markets. Renowned for his exceptional client service and ability to deliver top-tier talent, Roberto built a strong reputation among corporate leaders and organizations.
